Job summary

You’ll play a key role in building a reliable and scalable database by researching, validating, and managing listings, contributing directly to user trust and product quality.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  1. Research, collect, and validate data to create and maintain high-quality listings
  2. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of platform content
  3. Update and manage listings based on new information or changes
  4. Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve data quality and workflows
  5. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for data improvement
  6. Follow structured processes for data entry, verification, and quality control
  7. Monitor and maintain content standards across the platform
  8. Support scaling efforts by improving efficiency in listings management

 

What We’re Looking For

  1. Proven experience in research, data entry, content operations, or similar roles
  2. High attention to detail and accuracy
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills
  4. Ability to work with structured data and follow processes
  5. Good communication and collaboration skills
  6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to have

  • 1. Experience working with CMS or internal tools 2. Familiarity with spreadsheets and data management tools 3. Experience in marketplaces, directories, or listing-based platforms 4. Basic analytical skills for identifying data trends or issues
