About this course
In this intermediate Udacity course, you’ll learn the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and how to architect agentic AI systems that connect large language models (LLMs) to tools, databases, and servers. You’ll build Python-based MCP clients (the “brain”) that use LLMs to plan and execute tasks, and MCP servers (the “tools”) that perform specific jobs. Through hands-on lessons and a final "PriceScout" project, you’ll design MCP architectures, implement server and client features, integrate multiple agents, and create interoperable AI workflows for scraping websites, querying databases, and delivering complete analyses.
