Lead full stack developer

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers to successfully achieve project objectives.

2. Plan, organize, and prioritize development tasks using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

3. Oversee the design, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of software applications and systems.

4. Manage deployment processes and maintain development, testing, and production environments.

5. Design, manage, optimize, and secure databases to ensure high performance and reliability.

6. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices and coding standards.

7. Supervise version control workflows and manage development branches effectively.

8. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and UX/UI teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

9. Analyze technical requirements and translate them into clear implementation plans.

10. Monitor team performance, provide technical guidance, and support the professional growth of team members.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. +3 years of experience in software development, including experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring developers 

3. Proven experience leading technical teams or supervising software developers.

4. Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.

5. Solid experience in Front-End Development.

6. Good knowledge of Vue.js framework.

7. Good understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.

8. Experience in database design and administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent).

9. Hands-on experience with Version Control Systems, particularly Git.

10. Strong understanding of Deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines.

11. Practical experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.

12. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

13. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
