Job summary

To maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the showroom and facilities, while providing hospitality services to customers and employees to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.

Job Responsibilities

· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom, offices, customer waiting areas, and facilities.

· Ensure the showroom is prepared and presentable before receiving customers.

· Clean and organize customer areas, tables, chairs, and common spaces.

· Provide hospitality services to customers and employees, including serving coffee, tea, water, and refreshments in a professional manner.

· Monitor availability of hospitality supplies and cleaning materials and report shortages when required.

· Support the sales and administration teams in maintaining a high-quality customer experience.

· Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

· Properly use and maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies.

· Perform additional support tasks related to showroom operations as required.
