Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)

This beginner-friendly course from the University of Michigan teaches the basics of computer programming using Python 3. You will learn how to install Python, write your first programs, use variables and expressions, work with conditional code, functions, loops, and iteration. The course focuses on constructing programs from simple instructions, with minimal mathematics and no prior programming experience required. Upon completion, you will be prepared to take more advanced programming courses and continue with the Python for Everybody Specialization.
